Automation QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and expand automated tests for web applications and APIs.
Automate regression, integration, and functional testing.
Create, maintain, and use test documentation.
Analyze test results, report defects, and track their resolution.
Communicate QA-related risks that could impact releases.
Collaborate with a globally distributed team to ensure consistent quality practices.

Required:

Hands-on automation experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
Experience testing REST APIs.
Experience with SQL
Experience with Docker
Commercial experience in automation testing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

Desired:

Experience using Postman for API testing.

Familiarity with test reporting tools such as ReportPortal or Allure.

Basic experience with performance testing (load/stress testing is a plus).

Skills & Behaviors:

Solid understanding of SDLC and QA practices in Agile teams.

Ability to write clean, maintainable test code and documentation.

Strong communication: transparent reporting of issues and risks.

Self-driven problem solving and willingness to support teammates.
